2021 ANNUAL REPORT

B. Konard Jones, President and CEO

Message from the President

Heroes on the front line of health care continued to emerge in 2021 as America carried on in Year 2 of the worldwide pandemic.

NorthBay Healthcare never flinched when it became apparent that a second consecutive year would include wave after wave of COVID-19 and its two most well-known variants, Delta and Omicron. We continued to deliver compassionate care and advanced medicine to the community. Our teams were relentless, staying on top of ever-changing guidelines, stretching limited resources, getting creative in delivering care in a safe and convenient way.

In this Annual Report for 2021, you will read about resilience of an independent community health system and the dedicated professionals who sacrificed so much to protect their community.

It’s all here, from the headlines that made 2021 uniquely challenging, to the solid work of our clinical staff amid a pandemic, to the continuing community benefits of having an independent, locally managed health system at work in our community.

I hope you’ll take the time to read all about it.

Be well,
Konard Jones
President and CEO
