2020 ANNUAL REPORT

B. Konard Jones, President and CEO

Message from the President

Without precedent, 2020 was a time of unparalleled challenges for all Americans. It will be remembered as the Year of the Pandemic.

The scourge of COVID-19 left a trail of death and despair, claiming the lives of family members, co-workers, friends and neighbors. NorthBay Healthcare was not spared as we lost retirees and some loyal community supporters.

Through it all, NorthBay Healthcare never wavered in its mission of delivering compassionate care and advanced medicine to the community. Our teams were relentless, staying on top of ever-changing guidelines, stretching limited resources, getting creative in delivering care in a safe and convenient way.

President and CEO B. Konard Jones, in this video review of 2020, talks about the public health nightmare, but also the resilience of an independent community health system and the dedicated professionals who sacrificed so much to protect their community.
